Privacy Policy

Information we process

SiteChai processes account names, email addresses, phone numbers, workspace identifiers, staff roles, product and customer records, sales, expenses and other business records you submit to POSChai. We also process authentication records, security and audit logs, subscription invoices, payment references and policy acceptance records.

Why we use it

We use this information to run your workspace, authenticate users, enforce access permissions, process subscription payments, provide support, investigate errors and abuse, and maintain backups. You must have a lawful basis for adding your customers' and staff members' information.

Service providers and chat

Hosting and network providers process information needed to deliver the service. Enabled payment gateways receive the information required to process payment. Paddle processes USD checkout when enabled. Payment card entry is handled by the gateway; POSChai does not ask you to store full card numbers or security codes in your workspace. Configured email, SMS and backup providers may receive relevant information to perform those services.

WhatsApp and Messenger buttons open SiteChai's support channels on those external services. Their own privacy policies apply after you follow those links. The exchange-rate service supplies public pricing rates; workspace records are not sent to it for conversion.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted connections and operational safeguards. No system is risk-free. Business data is retained to operate the account; billing, security and audit records may be retained where needed for legitimate operational or legal purposes. Backups may retain copies until their rotation expires. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.

Your choices

You can update account and business information through the available controls and request access, correction, export, account closure or deletion through ceo@sitechai.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained where applicable law requires it. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information to support.

Cookies and local storage

POSChai uses authentication cookies and local device storage for login and offline operation, including cached business records and queued offline sales. Use trusted devices, protect their access and sign out when finished. Clearing browser data can remove unsynced offline work; sync before clearing it.
